Customer Support Advisor – Part-time Weekends (13.5 hours per week)

What we’re really looking for: someone who is used to working to sales targets and has a passion for delivering fantastic Customer Service. It doesn’t matter if this is from an office or retail background, as long as they show a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.

Customer Support Advisor – Role Details and Hours

Ø Role: Customer Support Advisor
Ø Hours: 13.5 per week Weekends
Ø Salary: £9.49 per hour + Quarterly performance bonus (up to 25% of salary) + Excellent Benefits

Shifts

· 13.5 hours per week. 7.5 hours on Saturday (between 8 and 6pm) and 6 on Sunday (between 9 and 5).
· There will be additional opportunities for overtime with this role should candidates want more hours on occasion.
· During the first few weeks, we will require some additional training hours as overtime to support team members with building their knowledge.

Shifts
The Customer Support Centre is open 7 days a week handling new and existing customer calls.

This role is contracted for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Shifts will be Monday to Friday 14:15 to 18:15. Saturdays will be on a rota basis, 4 hours between 08:00 and 18:00. There will be approximately 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
