Horses in Field at Grove End Bagshot

I have had a couple of messages now and conversations regarding the eight horses in a field on Grove End opposite Windlesham Golf Course entrance. Does anyone know who the field belongs to and who is caring for the horses? The concern seems to be the lack of grazing especially at this time of year and that no one appears to take extra foods or visit them.
